| Protective Wear : | Harness, Helmet, Lanyard, Safety Shoes, Gloves & Comfortable clothing for practical sessions. |
| Pre-Requisites: | Medically fit and should be above 18 years old. Site-Hall/Classroom arrangements with Projector and screen. |
| Trainers: | On Ropes approved trainers. |
| Target Participants: | This module is designed for providing awareness on Work at Height to the managers and supervisors who are not directly involved in performing these activities. |

- Demonstration of operating under access methods (Positioning at work station, Work Restraint and Fall Arrest).
- Tieing and untieing Vertical & Horizontal Lifeline.
- Relieving and Locking during operating under positioning at work station, Work Restraint, Fall Arrest.
- Orthostatic intolerance.
- Pick Off Rescue process.
- Safe operating procedure.
- Basic inspection and maintenance criteria for PPE.
- Upon completion of the course, On Ropes will issue you a participation certificate. An annual refresher training session is recommended to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
